Bethel Branch- the main concern on this one was the overlapping Farmland conservation easement, not sure I understood some of the wording in the minutes but I think you folks understood the IRT concern. South Fork- I a agree with the approaches on this project, UT1F looks more like a BMP, and also the IRT was concerned about the buffer widths on this one being up against the fence. Pine Hill Branch -sorry, it was a short visit, I did think UT1 was more of an Enhancement II approach, I do not believe it would be worth the ecological expense to go in and manipulate for either PI or certainly not PII approach. We should start with Pine Hill Branch on the next site visit...
