The existing retaining wall will be removed and fill material will be brought into the site to level the area of disturbance. The pool will then be constructed. Note that it is the understanding of the applicant that the adjacent lot owner (Lot 26) plans to obtain a permit to fill wetlands on that lot as well, so no hydrologic connection to that wetland finger needs to be maintained.
