Good Morning Gentlemen, Axiom Environmental, Inc. (Axiom) has recently conducted a jurisdictional area delineation in association with planning for U-5603, Proposed Improvements to NC 105 from US 321 to NC 105 Bypass in Boone, Watauga County. We have been requested to obtain agency verification of our delineation and hope to obtain your assistance with this task. Attached, you should find a link to files containing our preliminary JD package information. The following information is included:  A completed preliminary JD form  A PDF of the JD form signature page signed by Erin Cheely of NCDOT NES  Project figures  Completed USACE and NCDWR stream forms and NC SAM forms As you can see from the enclosed information, the project area includes 13 streams (two intermittent, and the remainder perennial) and five wetlands (including Headwater Forest, Non-Tidal Freshwater Marsh, and Basin Wetland). Again, we are interested in obtaining verification of our jurisdictional area delineation. We found no wetlands and two perennial streams.
