APPROVE.
But provide the following condition:
1. The Stormwater Management Plan for each lot must be approved by the 401
Oversight/Express Unit prior to any land disturbance associated with developing
that lot. If the project becomes subject to another state stormwater program, a
copy of the local government's approval letter and approved SMP must be
submitted to the 401 Oversight/Express Unit before any land disturbance
associated with developing that lot may occur.
