Comment: We reviewed several sites alonq this proiect within the A and B Sections as part of the ioint requlatorv
compliance review. Sites 2, 3, 10, 11, and 20 on the A Section and 1A, !B, and 10 of Section B were
reviewed. It was too wet to review Section D. It was scheduled for later in the fall. One noteable issue
was that DOT needed to use the bore and iack method of culvert construction at several sites. Site 10
was one under active installation. DOT will provide a list of sites where bore and iack will be necessarv so
that a formal permit modification can be submitted. Recent storm events flooded manv work areas, and
sediment was in the process of beinq removed from several locations and EC measures were under repair.
