Comment: The proiect was revisited to review the extent of cleanup and repair of EC measures. Crews were still in
the process of cleaninq and repairinq measures because of more recent storm events. DOT and
contractor prepared a rapid response plan for qradinq crews and proiect staff. The plan will help crews be
prepared for storm events qivinq them time to install diversions alonq qradinq/fill areas adiacent to Site 10
and other areas. It qives them authority to cease qradinq/fillinq and install EC devices prior to the storm
event.
