This project is not complete. Several more pipes need to be placed. Overall the project is in compliance but followup will
be needed over the next few months to monitor culvert placements.

Comment: We reviewed several culvert placements that were completed. Some additional work was needed at the
inlet and outlet at 116+11. It was noted the the channel at the inlet side needed shapinq upstream to
prevent headcuttinq and the outlet needed a riprap dissipater pad per the permit. This work was to take
place over the next few weeks.
