I have discussed our conversation with the Project Manager and we plan to proceed as you and I discussed today. I will continue working on the design of each discharge point to ensure it satisfies your requirements. Can we go ahead and set up a meeting for the week after next? I am available any time except for Tuesday morning. Talk to you soon. Due to the complicated nature of this project, we as a staff decided that it is not an appropriate candidate for the Express Review Program. We are transferring the project to the regular program - however, we are going to try our best to provide prompt service. Ian and I will be generating a Request for More Information letter next week for the project. One item we will include in the letter is a request to see designs for all of the diffuse flow measures for the entire project. One of the main reasons for this is that we saw many areas in which the riparian buffers appeared too steep for level spreaders. If appropriate level spreader sites are not available on the site, then a BMP that removes 30 percent of total nitrogen will need to be provided in its place. We want to be certain that enough space has been allocated on the site in order to allow for this when needed. Have a good weekend and we'll be in touch. Annette 2 of 2 3/13/2008 2:21 PM
