Comment: An outlet and inlet needed 57 stone removed as previous storms had flushed upstream EC measures.
The outlet at 122+40 needed riprap alonq the bank and outlet to reduce scour and stabilize. Follow-up will
be needed. Outlets at 119+ and 92+ were sliahtiv perched. We decided to place a riprap enerav
dissipator pad in one and leave the other as is to determine if further scourinq will occur. The substrate at
the outlet is mostiv cobbles/boulders. The sites will be monitored over the next vear.
