Attached are markups of your site plan and page 4 of 8 of the application form for your use. I also have a few other
corrections listed below.
Orient the site plan along the long axis of the paper so that the drawing will not be so small as shown on the
attached markup (only if you can in the short time that we have).
Add the following statement to 3a. on page 4 of 8. [A total of 8 trees will be planted within the buffer restoration
area (1136 sf) to achieve a density of 260 trees per acre. The plantings will consist of 3 willow oaks (Quercus
phellos), 3 red maples (Acer rubrum) and 2 flowering dogwoods (Cornus florida) and will be evenly spaced within
the restoration area shown on the site plan. Planting will occur during last week of September, 2016.
Hatch and quantify the Zone 1 and Zone 2 impact from the proposed patio and revise the impact and mitigation
table.
