Subject: FW: Broad Creek Pier System and Breakwater
Good afternoon,
DCM will be resuming processing of Mr. Bob Peele's application for a pier and breakwater in Dare County at the NC
Seafood Industrial Park. Attached please find a revised workplan drawing which satisfied DMF Shellfish Sanitation's
concerns regarding design of the facility. DCM's new 75 day processing deadline is 9/26/16. If you are able to get
comments back to me in the next several weeks it would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if I can provide any
additional details, or if you would like me to send a hard copy by mail of the workplan drawing. Thank you for your
assistance.
Kind regards,
Courtney Spears
