I believe that we spoke earlier this year. I apologize profusely for my delay in getting back the necessary items
to you.
Currently, I have an open permit for a major variance, I just wanted to confirm what you needed from me in
order to close out this permit.
As I recall, it was pictures of the 8 trees that were planted 3 years ago that are all still living, which I have
attached, and the updated deed with necessary language.
Do you have specific deed wording that you would like to see included in the deed before it is recorded?
