Please see attached info provided by Greg Allen, DMF Biologist. Hopefully you find this information useful and pertinent
for the required Use Attainability Reporting. I assisted others in preparation of the 2001 and 2002 EA's in Broad Creek
that received FONSI's and I recalled similar or the same information being received at that time, but I could not find this
in our files. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you need anything else.

Anthony,
If I cannot get any data from Shellfish and Sanitation this week, I'll pursue scheduling a meeting with DWR,the Seafood
Park(client) and Shellfish and Sanitation. I believe this is the last piece missing from being able to receive a CAMA
permit and I am not sure what else to do,so a meeting would likely be in order.

To date this Office has not received the additional information requested in regulatory correspondence issued on May
13,2016. If the present resource evaluation and historical documentation of the shellfish resources (back to 1975) is not
provide to this Office to complete the require use attainability study by September 1,2016,then the project will be
