Dear. Mr. Schiller:
The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) 401 Oversight and Express Review Permitting Unit has reviewed
the Year 3 Monitoring Report for the above-referenced site. In addition, a site visit was conducted by
Eric Kulz and Sue Homewood of DWQ on February 19, 2007. Our comments on the report are as
follows:
Vegetative success appears good at the site. Both woody stem density and the size of the trees
was impressive.
• All of the wells at the site met hydrology success criteria, despite the drought conditions.
This site has met the wetland success criteria for this year. We look forward to the continued success of
this wetland restoration site.
