There is a project for this address already DWR#20110603. Do you want me to version this one or make it a new
number?

Hi Cherri,
That was much simpler! Thanks for sending. Attached is the application. We had the buffer zone surveyed -in,
which is depicted on the plat. The only new question within this version that I wasn't certain how to answer
was Section E. If it's applicable from what I described and you believe that I should add something, please let
me know.
Do you have any ballpark how long the review will take? (i.e. a week, a month, 6-8 wks, etc.)
Regards,
Chad

Subject: Questions on buffer zone
Cherri,
I'm a homeowner in Five Points, living next to a stormwater creek that was deemed a Neuse River
Tributary. Our property therefore has adhered to the stipulations within each zone, while also adding notable
vegetation and fighting to avoid erosion. Lauren Whitherspoon was our guide many years ago in order to
navigate the permitting process to add stairs to our deck, but she has since moved to another position. I
stopped by the NCDENR offices last Friday and received your name as someone that could help me with a
couple questions. Would we be able to spend 5 minutes on the phone together, or could you point me to the
appropriate person?
Thanks,
Chad Eckhardt
