Cherri, I was drawing up the plans and ran into an issue. On the new plot plan, I have the dimensions of the
proposed addition but I noticed on the approval letter that the square footage is not the same. On the plot plan,
the dimensions add up to 270 sq. ft. but on the letter, it says 240 sq. ft. I must have written in the wrong amount.
Is there any way we can change this or do I need to resubmit everything with the new numbers. The additional
square footage is added to the back. We don't go any closer to the creek if that helps. Sorry for the mistake. Just
let me know what I need to do.
