Comment: Compliant of turbidity/working in the stream. Restoration work was exempt from working in the dry
while
installing instream structures. DEMLR staff inspected site immediately after complaint and reported no
issues with project. Final bank shaping was underway during site visit, all instream structures installed
and appeared to be working well. Stream was very turbid from an unknown upstream source.
