Comment: Calibration not reviewed during visit and requested afterwards. Apparently not been done
since current project manager took over. It was mentioned in 8-2011 inspection report to
make sure it was done, but a review of inspections back in 2004 and 2006 do not show it
was reviewed or provided either.
