On March 23, 2015, this office received a response to the above referenced Notice of Deficiency
(NOD). The NOD was issued for not monitoring total nitrogen and phosphorus during the third
quarter of 2014. Based on the amended July 2014 DMRs received on March 23, 2015, this office is
