On March 25, 2015, this office received a response to the above referenced Notice of Deficiency
(NOD). The NOD was issued for not monitoring total nitrogen and total phosphorus during the first
quarter of 2014. Based on the amended January 2014 DMRs received on March 25, 2015, this office
