On May 18, 2015, this office received a response to the above referenced Notice of Deficiency
(NOD). The NOD was issued for not monitoring temperature on January 8, 2015, and not monitoring
total residual chlorine twice during the week ending January 27, 2015. Based on the amended
January 2015 DMRs received on May 18, 2015, this office is rescinding the above referenced Notice
