A review of the January 2015 self-monitoring report for the subject facility revealed violations of the
following parameters at Outfall 001:

118115 Temperature None Monitor 5x/week
Week ending 1131115 TRC < 22 µg/L on 1127 Monitor twice per week
Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct the causes(s) of the noted
violation. Unresolved violations may lead to the issuance of a Notice of Violation and/or assessments
of civil penalties by the Division of Water Resources.
If the violation is due to a transcription error (data left off the DMR) please submit an amended
November 2014 DMR (two copies) with the missing monitoring data to this office along with a cover
letter asking for rescission of the Notice of Deficiency. Please address your correspondence to Ms.
