On April 8, 2015, this office received a response to the above referenced Notice of Deficiency (NOD).
The NOD was issued for not monitoring total residual chlorine (TRC)twice during the week ending
November 22, 2014. Based on the amended November 2014 DMRs received on April 8, 2015, this
