A review of the November 2014 self-monitoring report for the subject facility revealed a violation of
the following parameter at Outfall 001:
Date Parameter Reported Value Monitoring Requirement
Week ending 11/22/14 TRC < 22 µg/L on 11118 Monitor twice per week
Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct the causes(s) of the noted
violation. Unresolved violations may lead to the issuance of a Notice of Violation and/or assessments
of civil penalties by the Division of Water Resources.
If the violation is due to a transcription error (data left off the DMR) please submit an amended
November 2014 DMR (two copies)with the missing monitoring data to this office along with a cover
letter asking for rescission of the Notice of Deficiency. Please address your correspondence to Ms.
