On April 20, 2015, this office received a response to the above referenced Notice of Deficiency
(NOD). The NOD was issued for not monitoring total residual chlorine twice during the monitoring
week ending October 11, 2014. Based on the amended October 2014 DMRs received on April 20,
2015, this office is rescinding the above referenced Notice of Deficiency. If you have questions
