A review of the August 2014 self-monitoring report for the subject facility revealed a violation of the
following parameter at Outfall 001:
Date Parameter Reported Value Monitoring Requirement
Week ending 8130114 Total residual chlorine 28 gg/L on 8125 Monitor twice per week
Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct the cause of the noted
violation. Unresolved violations may lead to the issuance of a Notice of Violation and/or assessments
of civil penalties by the Division of Water Resources.
If the violations are due to a transcription error(data left off the DMR) please submit an amended
August 2014 DMR (two copies) to this Office along with a cover letter asking for rescission of the
Notice of Deficiency. Please address your correspondence to Ms. Marcia Allocco at the letterhead
