On September 8, 2014, this office received a response to the above referenced Notice of Deficiency
(NOD). The NOD was issued for not monitoring total suspended solids (TSS) daily during the week
ending December 7, 2013. Based on the amended December 2013 DMR received on September 8,
2014, this office is rescinding the above referenced Notice of Deficiency. If you have questions
