On May 6, 2015, this office received a response to the above referenced Notice of Deficiency (NOD).
The NOD was issued for not monitoring flow at Outfall 004 during the monitoring week ending
January 10, 2015. Based on the amended January 2015 DMRs for Outfall 004 received on May 6,
2015, this office is rescinding the above referenced Notice of Deficiency. If you have questions
