Please refer to your latest NPDES Permit dated September 1, 2015, concerning registering to use the Division's new
e-DMR system for the completion and electronic submittal of monthly Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs).
Beginning no later than 270 days from the effective date of this permit (November 1, 2015), the permittee
shall begin reporting discharge monitoring data electronically using the NC DWR's Electronic Discharge Monitoring
Report (eDMR) internet application.
