Item 1 of the Required Items Checklist indicates that plans at a scale of 1" = 50'
or larger were included to show the design of the level spreader. The plans that
were submitted were at a much smaller scale.
2. Item 2 of the Required Items Checklist indicates that plan details at a scale of 1" _
30' or larger were included to show the design and topography of the level
spreaders and filter strip. This information was not included at an appropriate
scale.
Item 3 of the Required Items Checklist indicates that a section view of the level
spreader at a scale of 1" = 20' or larger. This information was not included at an
appropriate scale.
