Please provide the following items as called for on the Required Items Checklists for the
Level Spreaders:
a. The calculations of t~ and I for each level spreader.
b. The boundaries of the drainage easements for the level spreaders.
c. A depiction of the entire drainage area for each level spreader.
d. A final (not preliminary) site plan.
Please address the following issues on Sheet 5 of 6:
a. The roadway drainage system must be shown.
b. Proposed topo lines (with roadway fill) must be shown.
c. Re-orient plan so that it is consistent with Sheet 7 of 8.
d. The rip rap apron appears to be oversized.
e. Level spreader number 1 must be relocated so that it is not upslope of the rip rap
apron.
£ Level spreader number 2 is directing stormwater toward the fill slope associated
with Street "A." Please relocate this level spreader to a more appropriate
location.
Please address the following issue on Sheet 7 of 8: The construction sequence does not
mention level spreaders.
4. Please address the following issue on Sheet 8 of 8: The level spreader detail shows a
bypass channel even though it is not proposed to be included in the design.
