Dear Mr. Guglielmetti:
On July 2, 2012, this Office was contacted with the Operator in Responsible Charge (Mr. Garrison)for
the American Truetzschler, Inc. GWR System regarding the above referenced Notice of Violation
(NOV). The NOV was issued for failing to monitor flow for the week ending March 3, 2012. Mr.
Garrison informed staff that the groundwater remediation system had been shutdown during February
2012 through the beginning of March 2012 (flow reported on March 5, 2012).
Based on the phone conversation with Mr. Garrison this Office is rescinding the above referenced
Notice of Violation. If you have any further questions concerning this matter, please do not hesitate to
