Please refer to your latest NPDES Permit dated January 7, 2016, concerning registering to use the Division's new
e-DMR system for the completion and electronic submittal of monthly Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs).
No later than 270 days from the effective date of this permit (February 1, 2016), the permittee shall begin reporting
discharge monitoring data electronically using the NC DWR's Electronic Discharge Monitoring Report (eDMR)
internet application.

Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct any noted problems. The Division of
Water Resources may pursue enforcement actions for this and any additional violations.
