Mooresville Regional Office staff further reviewed the Notice of Violation and Notice of Recommendation
for Enforcement Tracking No. NOV-2015-LV-0554 dated August 26,.2015. Based upon the review, this
office will not pursue additional enforcement actions against Manheim Remarketing, Inc. for the permit limit
violation noted on the June 2015 self-monitoring report. Be advised that should noncompliance continue,
enforcement action, including the assessment of civil penalties, could be taken by the Division of Water
Resources in accordance with G.S. 143-215.6A(a)(2).
