On 12/9/2014, the WTP ORC took a total suspended solids sample from the Glenda Drive WTP. This sample had a reported value of 41.400 mg/L. This is well above our limit and our normal operating range. This high number, in tern, also caused the monthly average to be exceeded. We believe this number to be an anomaly, due to the fact that we normally operate at a much lower value. Our average total suspended solids from the last six months was between 4 and 5 mg/L. This sample was taken the same week we started up from a shut down of approximately 1 month for remediation of our groundwater storage tank. This startup caused the softeners to become disturbed, which made the water have an y excessive amount of total suspended solids during the time period when the sample was taken. All the samples taken since 12/9/14 have been normal for total suspended solids.
