Additionally your NPDES permit requires the Town to begin electronic submittal of monthly Discharge Monitoring
Reports by April 1, 2015. It appears it is past due.

Please also provide current phone numbers: the phone number given on the front of the DMR was for
a pump station.
It was also noted that no ORC times and dates were put on the DMR,just"N/A"for the whole month.
