If the above parameters of Chlorine and Temperature were left off inadvertently, please send amended DMRs
within 10 business days of receipt of this letter to Raleigh at the address found on the front page of your DMR and
also a copy to this office.
Please review the Flows for the August 2015 DMR and submit a written response within 10 days of receipt of this
letter to this Office explaining why the Monthly Average Flow exceeded the permit limit by 40.6 %.
Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct any noted problems. The Division of .
Water Resources may pursue enforcement actions for this and any additional violations.
