Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct any noted problems. The Division of
Water Resources may pursue enforcement actions for this and any additional violations.
It was also noted that the Compliance Box on the back of the DMR was marked "Compliant"when in fact
it should have been marked "Non-Compliant"with an explanation for the violation. The Monthly Average
Ammonia Nitrogen was 20.25% over your NPDES Permit limit.
