Mooresville Regional Office staff reviewed the April 2015 Discharge Monitoring Report and attached comments
received on June 23,2015. Based upon the review no further action is being taken against KBI,LLC for NOV-2015-
LV-0482, at this time. Be advised that should noncompliance continue, enforcement action,including the assessment
of civil penalties,could be taken by the Division of Water Resources in accordance with G.S. 143-215.6A(a)(2).
