Inspection conducted in conjunction with PWS Staff. After primary treatment all effluent is recycled into
water treatment process. Drying beds are full of Hydrated-lime sludge (solids). Solids are stocked piled
on site. Jeremy Sexton said that the solids had been accumulating for about a month. Solids from the
V TP process is stocked piled on-site. Solids are leaving the site and entering a canal on the west side
of the site approximately 400 feet south of HWY 211, along the site's western fence. Solids disposal
records are not available at the facility. Photographs illustrating the solids stock pile and solids leaving
the site were taken by the inspection of 05-Jan-2016.
