I am writing on the behalf of Mr. Clyde Harris of 106 East Drewry Lane Raleigh,
NC 27609.
Subject Property Ut to Crabtree Creek [030402,27-33-(10),c,nsw]
DWQ Project # 2008-0222 Wake County
Mr. Harris has chosen to mitigate the said property in exchange for the minor
variance approval. Attached is a site drawing notating the proposed location for a
hardwood tree to be planted in the first 20ft of the Neuse river buffer zone.
I spoke with Amy Chapman about the requirements to complete this variance.
According to our conversation, the planting map was the missing element for
approval. Please advise if additional information is needed to complete this
request.
