On February 4, 2008, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your request for our review
of a Watershed Permit issued by Rutherford County to Long Branch Partners, LLC. DWQ has
reviewed materials pertaining to this project and is satisfied that the Watershed Permit (ZONE-
11-07-3824) was issued in compliance with the state's Water Supply Watershed Protection
Rules.
It is DWQ's understanding from Section 508 of Rutherford County's Watershed Protection
Ordinance that appeals from the local Watershed Review Board are to be filed with the local
