Original PCN reflects the desired NW's as NW3 & NW16 with stream (615 lf) & open water impacts (0.75 ac)
The 12/6/07 401 Approval letter reflects it issued under a NW33 for 615 if of stream only
Under Permits/Certs in BIMS it was issued as a NW3 & NW16 but the letter states otherwise
What is correct the correct NW/NW's and impacts (stream only? stream & open water?)
