Describe the existing conditions on the site and the general land use in the vicinity of the project at the time of this application: Existing paved asphalt greenway trail is approx .82 mile in length and has one existing bridged crossing (S-1), one existing culverted crossing with rip rap (S-2), and one at grade culverted crossing (S-3) over an ephemeral ditch. This portion goes through mostly open mowed grass with a few short segments of forest. Proposed trail extension is approxi .84 mile in length and goes through open mowed upand and along the edge of open gas ROW. 3b.
