As per our telephone conversation on Monday, September 14, 1998 I am writing you to clarify the matter of
your letter dated September 4, 1998 to Presbyterian Homes, Inc.
As we discussed, the River Landing project received its 404/401 permit from your office on April 30, 1998,
DWQ #980049. The project referenced in you letter is DWQ #980752 and is only for sewer line extension
to the property.
With this in mind, we will disregard your letter of September 4, 1998.
