This application is submitted on behalf of Coterra Woodlake LLC c/o Ms. Donna Cote for the construction of a left turn lane from River Road onto Watauga Road in Wilmington, NC. This turn lane is required by NC DOT in order to accommodate heavy traffic volumes entering the Woodlake at Lord's Creek residential subdivision. River Road will need to be widened at this location, which will permanently impact 0.057 acre of wetlands within a mowed NC DOT right of way. The Pre -Construction Notification form, associated maps, and site plan are enclosed for your review. Please contact me if you have any questions. Thank you for your assistance with this project.
