Information for the proposed Ballentine Subdivision (Phase 5-7), Wake County, North

Dear Ms Karoly:
This letter is in response to the letter from your office dated February 12, 2004 (copy
attached), which requested additional information for the proposed Ballentine Subdivision.
The following restates your questions as shown on your letter and then provides our
response.
1. Please provide the location of any proposed stormwater management procatices
as required by GC3402, in particular, indicate the location of all level spreaders
on the plan and provide the calculations.
I thought this item was addressed in our initial application. We provided your office Poi
t
with a full scale drawing of the stormwater drainage and outfalls as well as the
calculations. Please call if you need additional explanation.
2. Please specify the percent impervious based on estimated built out conditions.
See the attached calculations from the engineer.
3. Please indicate all stormwater outfalls on the site plan, especially at the road
crossing. \
Again, we provided your office with a set of full scale storwmwater drainage plans for
the site and felt that this item was addressed in our initial application.
