Kevin - I'm trying to help Beverly resolve and close out some old files. Please
understand that with BIMS, we have to get the final, signed copies of correspondence
here in Central. If you can please provide us copies of the final, signed ARO
correspondence on these projects, that would be very helpful. If you can't obtain
copies of particular correspondence items, please let me know. In such cases, I'll
need to call the applicants directly to get the letters from them. Thanks for your
help.

says "on hold waiting on Duke, 2/28/2005"; we have no copies whatsoever of a hold
letter or anything else issued on this project.
05-0140, Bridgette T. Davis, Lots 28&29, Burke Co., sent to ARO 2/1/05; old filemaker
report says "on hold waiting on Duke, 2/28/2005"; we have no copies whatsoever of a
hold letter or anything else issued on this project.
05-0196, Scott Olsteen, McDowell Co, sent to ARO 2/3/05; old filemaker report says
"ON HOLD - 2/16/05"; we have no copies whatsoever of a hold letter or anything else
issued on this project.
05-1083, Transylvania County EWP, French Broad River, sent to ARO 6/21/05; we have no
copies whatsoever of a staff report, hold letter or anything else issued on this
project. BIMS shows it as issued 6/28/05
05-1193, Avery County EWP, DSR CH1, sent to ARO 7/7/05; we have no copies whatsoever
of a staff report, hold letter or anything else issued on this project. BIMS shows
it as issued 7/11/05
For the following two, we were emailed electronic versions, but the signed versions
never arrived:
