Subject: Swiftwater Farm Project -Culvert Replacement NWP Verification
Andrew,
Odom Engineering submitted a request to use NWP 18 for the recently submitted PCN on the Swiftwater Farm Project -
Culvert Replacement in Mills Spring, Polk County. Based upon the information submitted the amount of fill in the stream
will be greater than 25 cubic yards, therefore the Corps cannot verify the request to under NWP 18. Based upon the
design the project does meet the terms & conditions of NWP 14. So, the Corps will verify this project under NWP 14.
