Subject: Seven Falls Deadline Extension
Jennifer,
As we discussed on the phone earlier today, Henderson County is waiting for a court hearing that would provide guidance
and direction related to the County's responsibility for Seven Falls and continued maintenance of the site. The original
hearing date has been postponed to August 29, therefore, a response to the latest Add Info letter would not be ready by
August 3 (the previous deadline). We would like to request a deadline extension to September 15 to allow time for the
hearing.
